WebFeb 13, 2013 · Trying to dictate into an excel spreadsheet using all caps. I realize how to capitalize words, but want to know if you can turn the caps lock on for dictation and leave it on? Now the Narrator won't shut up unless I turn the PC speaker off. I have read and tried suggestions to date: Windows Key + Enter, Caps Lock + Esc. They don't work. Under "Ease of Access" in Control Panel the Narrator buttons are Off.
