WebAug 2, 2015 · After upgrading to windows 10, my cursor loading keeps flickering. Also sometimes when using apps like skype for video chat the screen keeps flickering. I have tried everything, no problems detected anywhere. No viruses in the scan were detected. I would really appreciate it if someone helped me out here. Thanks WebMar 27, 2024 · I have these strange ghostly bubbles mostly around the perimeter of the desktop screen and the mouse cursor constantly bounces around the screen making the system to become inoperable. I upgraded to Windows 10 and don't recall it happening right away, but it could be the problem. I have tried everything to diagnose and fix the problem.
