My sister and brother in law were shooting my Glock 20 the other day. 10 mm ejects a lot farther is the biggest difference. The new M&P shoots 40 better than 10mm. Two failure to feeds for some reason with 10. Nicer gun but not inspiring a lot of confidence so far.

Be warned that if you have hot loaded 40S&W Ammo ( or compromised brass ), you can potentially blowout the back of the case wall where it is not supported. I have had full 10mm do this in my competition days in my 1911 10mm race guns from compromised brass.
